The terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) outlined in the text below constitute a legally binding contract between the client (hereinafter “User,” “You,” or “Your”) and Prewrite (hereinafter “We,” “Us,” “Our”), an online platform for distribution of text materials in the form of documents commonly encountered in business.
Before using the website further and accepting the terms of this agreement, we strongly urge you to read this agreement in its entirety. Please stop using the website if you disagree with the Terms provided below.
Basic Terms
The terms of this agreement are enforceable against the User and Prewrite. Your ensuing use of Prewrite as a registered member implies you have read these Terms and agree to all of their provisions. You agree to take responsibility resulting from your following use of Prewrite when you sign up as well. Users are responsible for any losses or damages we may experience, as well as any other rights and remedies we may have if they violate any of the terms and conditions indicated here.
Website Access
According to the terms herein, Prewrite offers you limited access to the website and permission to use our website, as specified in the clauses below.
Using a product. You have the right to edit, revamp, or otherwise customize a Prewrite product after it has been downloaded. In no way are we required to modify the downloaded products to your advantage. On certain conditions, though, we could allow template changes in exchange for extra, fair fees.
Product changes. At any moment, we may change Prewrite to suit our interests. Additionally, we have the exclusive right to alter or remove any digitized information displayed on Prewrite.
Malfunctions and breakdowns. You agree that Prewrite may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues.
Acting on behalf of third persons. If you accept these conditions on behalf of another person, you affirm that you have the authority to do so. Any false statements are not our responsibility.
When you download our products, additional terms can be applied. Before accessing such materials, you might be prompted to accept these conditions.
Identity Prerequisites. While signing up, you are obliged to submit factual personal credentials. You also must periodically update this information to preserve its accuracy. In addition, you are not allowed to sign up if you happen to be of minor age, as determined by the laws of your current place of residence.
Account Integrity. Your account integrity is your sole responsibility beyond our protocol safety measures. Possession of a Prewrite account implies liability for all actions done with the account. In cases of account breaches, we are not responsible for unwanted or malicious third-party use.
System Requirements. You must have the corresponding tools and programs to use the purchased products. You are responsible for paying any costs associated with acquiring these tools and programs.
Deleted Accounts. If your account or personal data has been deleted from Prewrite due to breaking these terms, you will not be allowed to use the website. In addition, repeated sign-up with the same credentials may also erode your account.
Invalid Banking Cards. You must change your billing information if the credit card or debit card you registered at Prewrite has expired, and your payment was declined.
Data Protection
We respect your right to privacy and commit to ensuring the security of your personal data. See our Cookies and Privacy policies for additional details regarding your personal data.

By publishing information on the website, we may also deliver further alerts. We retain the right to choose the format and method for informing registered users of alerts. We are not liable for any automatic screening that your provider may use to prevent the delivery of email alerts.
Forbidden Activity
By using Prewrite, you agree to refrain from:
– copying, distributing or disclosing any parts of our website, automatically or manually. We will immediately delete the accounts engaged in such activity, as well as spamming and other malicious actions;
– attempting to intercept any data transfers to or from the servers hosting Prewrite, undermine system functionality, or otherwise violate the website’s security;
– acting in a way that might overload the website resources, threatening a shutdown or interrupting functioning;
– using Prewrite to upload and distribute erroneous and unauthorized data and malicious software, e.g., viruses;
– gathering or scraping any personal data, including emails, from the website;
– using Prewrite for personal gain;
– posing as a different individual without being authorized by them to do so, as well as concealing your personality and engaging in fraudulent activity;

Third-Party Links
Prewrite is entitled to demand the removal of any links leading to our website on other resources, as well as the ability to post and distribute such links on third-party websites.
Links to other websites may be found on Prewrite and in its products. We have no control, sponsorship, or responsibility for any content posted on third-party websites, not even those connected to us.
Copyrighted Materials
Each and every piece of artwork, typography, graphic design, and picture used on the website are royalty-free. They are essential components of the goods provided by us. You are not required to pay anything in order to utilize them in a permitted manner. You cannot separate materials from the purchased products and use them commercially. This agreement will be deemed violated if you do so.
We own all the website’s products. Therefore, any unauthorized use of the content is considered a breach of the company’s intellectual property rights, and relevant legal action will be taken.
We do our best to keep the others’ intellectual property non-infringed. Please get in touch with us if you think some materials on Prewrite may violate intellectual property rights. We do not tolerate plagiarism and other forms of intellectual property violation. For that matter, you may be sure that we’ll take the appropriate steps.
Product Issues
You are able to choose the appropriate file format before downloading any of our products. Ensure you have the tools and programs to work with the purchased product – the respective product page features a list of system requirements. If you experience any software issues, you must inform us right away. Any conflicts or incompatibilities that may arise as a result of using third-party programs are not our responsibility.
If you experience problems with downloads and/or downloaded archives, check your network and browser settings – especially those related to firewalls and security. If nothing helps, you must inform us within 48 hours after the purchase so that we can look into the issue. Past this period, the product shall be considered successfully purchased and used.
Contemplation
We are entitled to solely contemplate claims and issues arising from these Terms, as well as its suspected breaches. We also assume responsibility for acting in any reasonable and acceptable way in such cases: (a) notifying authorized bodies or other third parties of any suspected illegal behavior and (b) providing them with whatever required information. Your personal data may be included in this information if needed. Please contact us at once if you detect any illegal activity.
Waiver of Responsibility
Disregarding whether you used or couldn’t use Prewrite services or products, we are responsible for any losses arising from this, including damages of any kind, even if Prewrite has been informed of such damages possibly occurring. Our liability arising from the consequences of using Prewrite services and products shall not exceed $100 unless otherwise specified by the law regulating individual losses.
Delegation of Rights
The User is given individual rights under these Terms. Without our approval, they may not be transferred or delegated in whole or in part, by any means, to other persons, including entities belonging to the same corporate groupings.
Amendments and Modifications
These conditions might change over time to reflect our current business goals. We retain the right to change them whenever we see fit, with or without prior warning. These changes will be included in the text and become effective right away. We advise you to periodically check our website to see if any modifications have been made.
Legal Regulation
Local, state, federal, national, and international laws and regulations shall apply to these Terms’ interpretation, construction, and application. We are entitled to take any legal action before an authorized court to get relief in any situation that would benefit the business. No action shall be deemed to constitute a disclaimer of Prewrite’s rights as website owners unless such disclaimer is made expressly in writing. The validity of other elements of this agreement will not be affected by any provision that the court finds to be conflicting with the applicable law.
All communications must be conducted in English, as agreed to and preferred by the parties to this agreement. The contents of this Agreement shall be enforceable and take effect immediately with respect to the Terms and circumstances set out therein.
Termination of Agreements
You accept these terms by further using the Prewrite website. They shall remain in force for as long as you continue to be registered.
If you cancel your Prewrite membership, you have two options: (a) do it via the account settings; or (b) get in touch with us for help.
Your membership may be canceled at any moment, with or without prior warning, at our sole discretion. You acknowledge that we retain exclusive decisions over whether to cancel the membership.
